Insulation
Is your house drafty, or is it difficult to cool or to heat? If you have cold feet from a house that doesn’t keep the heat in, Marshall Construction and Design LLC recommends trying out some new insulation. We are also an approved contractor for the rebate programs in Lane County.

Install laminate vinyl plank, carpet, carpet pad and linoleum. We will remove your old worn out flooring, inspect the subflooring, and advise if repairs are needed. We will then install an underlayer/padding and new floor to give your home a new look and improved comfort.
